Chado Does Pro Bono Work For OAME

Chado Advertising & Design is proud to announce we will be volunteering our services to revamp the website for OAME, Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs. OAME was established in 1987 to stimulate community and economic development in Oregon. OAME provides assistance, services, and resources to minority entrepreneurs helping to build successful businesses. Their mission is directed toward eliminating discrimination and racism. This organization does a lot to support new businesses and foster growth so members can realize their fullest potential and their local businesses can flourish.

Chado will develop and execute a comprehensive web marketing plan that will increase OAME's online presences resulting in increased traffic, awareness, and networking capabilities of OAME. This new site and digital marketing campaign will also help appeal to a younger generation of entrepreneurs who could greatly benefit from OAME's resources and services. This overhaul on their current website will include a new modern design layout, improved navigation, and integrated new media and social networking capabilities. The new site will continue to uphold OAME's brand and values but with a more streamlined layout and aesthetically pleasing design. Along with the retooling of the main website, Chado is also developing a social networking system for OAME members called OAME Tube. This will be a fully functioning social networking platform where members can make their own pages and connect with each other by sharing images, video, blog posts, and discussions. This can improve communication and networking among members of the organization to help build a stronger community of members while reinforcing the great support system that OAME has built. Chado is very excited to do pro bono work and give back to this amazing organization.

Chado Helps The Epic Group Celebrate Bangladesh Independence Day

Epic Group Celebrates Bangladesh Independence Day advertisement

Chado Advertising & Design is pleased to announce that for the second year in a row we will be developing an advertisement for the Epic Group celebrate the Bangladesh Independence Day Celebration. Although they are now headquartered in Hong Kong, The Epic Group was originally founded in Dhaka, Bangladesh as a small buying agent in 1971. Since then, they have made grown in leaps and bounds into a giant multinational garment manufacturing company that produces over 36 million garments a year and employs over 15,000 people worldwide. Bangladesh is also the home to the Epic Group's state of the art manufacturing facilities where thousands of employees manufacture the world's clothing. With its deep roots and strong local presence in Bangladesh, the Independence Day celebration is very important to the Epic Group.

Bangladesh Independence Day celebrates the start of the Bangladesh Liberation War against West Pakistan on March 26th 1971. This conflict originally started because, although the populations were equal, political power was heavily concentrated in West Pakistan leaving East Pakistan open to economic exploitation. The bloody, nine-month struggle resulted in the secession of East Pakistan and the formation of the independent nation of Bangladesh as we know it today.

To celebrate this national holiday, Chado will produce a high concept full-page advertisement for the Independence Day celebration that will run in major publications throughout Asia. Chado will also launch a Twitter campaign posting daily tweets that feature interesting facts about the Epic Group and the nation of Bangladesh and its people, culture, and history. The tweets will all lead up to the Bangladesh Independence Day Celebration and help build hype for the event as well as inform followers about Bangladesh and its rich history and culture. To view Chado's tweets visit Chado on Twitter.

Epic Group CEO, Ranijan Mahtani presented this important task to Chado again after their successful ad last year and the fully integrated marketing campaign that followed. Last year's ad helped define the Epic Group's new brand identity, that follows the vision of a modern, intelligent, state of the art company while celebrating the company's roots with the nation and people of Bangladesh. This year the Epic Group and the people of Bangladesh have a lot to celebrate; the Epic Group continues to modernize their world-class production facilities in Bangladesh, leading the world in sustainable manufacturing while providing thousands of jobs to the people of Bangladesh.
