CASE STUDY: Chillax Shoes by Cloggens
TASK: Under narrow budgetary restrictions and tight
deadline, create two highly produced marketing videos
positioning Cloggens' Chillax line of shoes as the
replacement for the traditional flip-flop. The videos,
appealing to fashion-conscious and fitness-oriented men
and women, would be used to pitch the Chillax product
line to major national retailers.
SOLUTION: Chado stepped into the role of film producer
for this project. In his capacity, he personally set up
casting, negotiated with the talent, contracted with video
production, and represented the project with the City of
Portland Film Commitee to secure all necessary permits.
