Chado Advertising & Design has begun work on a new website for Trophy Fly Fishing Adventures, a unique saltwater fly fishing guided trip in pursuit of the elusive Roosterfish. These highly sought after trophy fish can easily sense predators and are particular about the fly and presentation making them very difficult to catch without the help of an experienced guide. Recently, with the release of the fly fishing documentary Running Down The Man, shot on location, there has been increased interest in this big game fish with anglers traveling from all corners of the world for their chance to hook the legendary species.
The fly fishing adventure is located in Cabo Pulma Mexico on the Baja Peninsula with lodging available through Cabo Pulmo Eco Palapa. Cabo Pulmo Eco Palapa offers comfortable accommodations right on the beach and “off the grid” where guests can enjoy tranquility and solitude living far away from civilization.
The new website will feature information about the guided adventure, accommodations, the unique location, the Rooster Fish, and video clips from Running Down The Man. Other features include search engine optimization, a custom content management system, updateable photo galleries, and PayPal functionality. There will also be social media integration to the GetReeled community and YouTube. Please follow the Chado blog for further updates.

This month John Deere introduced a series of exceptional ads that have managed to add excitement and inspiration to the otherwise relatively boring agricultural equipment industry. The new brand campaign,What will you create?, features real John Deere customers who have created what they describe as “visionary lawn art”, turning what used to be a chore into a way to express yourself. The campaign is meant to inspire customers while breathing new life into an iconic brand. Along with the print ads, they also have revamped their website to showcase more examples of lawn art created using John Deere equipment. The site also has a form where visitors can submit examples of their own lawn art to be featured on the site. The ad above features Stan Herd who creates designs seen from airplanes on his Kansas property. Another ad features Pearl Fryar from South Carolina, who has logged over 1,000 hours on his John Deere. This new campaign is very effective because instead of focusing on the products its focus is on the people and their stories creating an emotional connection with the brand.

Chado Advertising & Design is proud to announce we will be volunteering our services to revamp the website for OAME, Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs. OAME was established in 1987 to stimulate community and economic development in Oregon. OAME provides assistance, services, and resources to minority entrepreneurs helping to build successful businesses. Their mission is directed toward eliminating discrimination and racism. This organization does a lot to support new businesses and foster growth so members can realize their fullest potential and their local businesses can flourish.
Chado will develop and execute a comprehensive web marketing plan that will increase OAME’s online presences resulting in increased traffic, awareness, and networking capabilities of OAME. This new site and digital marketing campaign will also help appeal to a younger generation of entrepreneurs who could greatly benefit from OAME’s resources and services. This overhaul on their current website will include a new modern design layout, improved navigation, and integrated new media and social networking capabilities. The new site will continue to uphold OAME’s brand and values but with a more streamlined layout and aesthetically pleasing design. Along with the retooling of the main website, Chado is also developing a social networking system for OAME members called OAME Tube. This will be a fully functioning social networking platform where members can make their own pages and connect with each other by sharing images, video, blog posts, and discussions. This can improve communication and networking among members of the organization to help build a stronger community of members while reinforcing the great support system that OAME has built. Chado is very excited to do pro bono work and give back to this amazing organization.

Chado Advertising & Design recently launched a new corporate website for the EPIC Group, a garment manufacturer based in Hong Kong. The EPIC group sought out a company that could help deliver their message and develop their visual communication strategies, differentiate from competitors to gain a competitive advantage and ultimately open new lines of communication to foster relationships with new business partners worldwide. Chado is a full-service marketing agency that offers effective visual solutions in broadcast, print, web advertising, new media, and other forms of design creating original and memorable approaches to reach customers. Chado specializes in developing creative visual communications striving to position international brands so they have universal appeal among different cultures to bridge socio-cultural gaps to share the client’s message. Chado created a full integrated marketing campaign for the EPIC group redesigning their logo and marketing materials, creating a corporate video, designing tradeshow displays, shooting photography and developing advertisements.
Chado has previous experiences overcoming cross-cultural differences to promote foreign brands in new markets; working with the food manufacturer Delicasa out of Spain, they recently introduced the foreign food concept of small part packages Tapas to U.S. consumers by rebranding the product and redesigning the packaging to appeal to a Western market. Chado is also in talks with another Hong Kong firm to help them expand their global presence and develop more international business.
